The Island Clippings is published weekly and distributed to all Residences and Businesses on St. Joseph Island. Copies are also available at local stores, gas bars, restaurants and motels. We also deliver to off-Island subscribers throughout the nearby North Shore area of Algoma, including Sault Ste. Marie, Echo Bay, Desbarats, Bruce Mines and Thessalon.
Our mission is to inform our Readers of topical events and developments, affecting life and business in the area. In addition to conveying local news, each issue of the Island Clippings is the information source for local announcements, Classified Advertising and schedule of local events for the coming week.
The Island Clippings also offers advertisers the very best media buy bargain, with rates starting as low as $10.00 per issue.
Each residential copy is read 'cover to cover' by an average of 3 people per household. Each copy in restaurants and businesses is read by over 20 people each week. And, our online readers will soon number as many as our 'hard copy' readers!
